Billing Specialist
Jean is dedicated to delivering personalized attention to our patients while overseeing the office's day-to-day operations with precision. Her role reflects exceptional organizational skills and the ability to excel in high-pressure situations. As a billing specialist, Jean maintains meticulous attention to detail to ensure all claims are processed accurately. She is also in charge of all Workers' Compensation–related billing and ensures that every claim is submitted and processed promptly. When billing issues arise, Jean manages each situation professionally and communicates directly with insurance carriers, consistently achieving positive outcomes.
Jean also brings valuable expertise in medication dispensing and supports the doctor with daily pharmacy-related duties, ensuring that our medication management processes remain organized and compliant. She additionally assists patients who have questions about their medications, serving as a liaison between the doctor and the patient. Jean ensures patients understand the doctor's instructions, remains sensitive to their concerns, and verifies that they receive accurate information directly from the physician.

In her role as a Medical-Legal Administrative Assistant, Leslie is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to our patients. Her excellent communication skills enable her to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, demonstrating careful attention to detail and punctuality. With extensive experience in this role, Leslie provides vital support across all Workers' Compensation administrative processes. She also assists with billing tasks related to Workers' Compensation cases and ensures that all documentation is managed accurately and efficiently. Leslie also plays an essential role in coordinating Workers' Compensation referrals and contributes significantly to every aspect of the administrative process. This includes preparing contracts and managing attorneys' requests for depositions, conference calls, or other related matters. She also oversees all psychotherapy referrals, ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication. Leslie consistently maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Beyond her professional skills, she brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to the team.

Mrs. Figueroa holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Psychology from Troy State University. In her role, she is responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients and patients, including organizing and overseeing staff and overall office operations. Mrs. Figueroa provides essential personnel training, carefully monitors compliance with legal guidelines, and ensures adherence to policies and quality standards. Her main goal is to ensure patients receive the best treatment, characterized by respect, compassion, and care. Additionally, Mrs. Figueroa manages all aspects of Workers' Compensation, drawing on her extensive experience working with attorneys, judges, legal nurses, and case managers. She always maintains a positive attitude and is proud of her team for their outstanding work. Her leadership involves guiding the team toward achieving the organization's goals and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.

Noel Figueroa, M.D.
Board Certified Forensic Psychiatrist

​Dr. Noel Figueroa is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Board Certified Forensic Psychiatrist who has served Central Florida and the surrounding areas for over 25 years. Born in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. He attended the University Of Puerto Rico where he earned his Bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended medical school at "Universidad Central Del Caribe" Medical School in Puerto Rico where he graduated and obtained his medical doctor degree. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at North Shore University Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in Manhasset Psychiatric Program in New York City. Dr.Figueroa also completed one year of Internal Medicine at St.Vincent Hospital in Bridgeport Connecticut.
Dr.Figueroa came to Florida in 1993 to work as an active duty Psychiatrist of the United States Navy. In 1996 he completed his Naval Service and went into inactive Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander. He received "The Navy Commendation Medal". In 2012 Dr. Figueroa decided to open his private practice, specializing primarily in adult psychiatry and Workers Compensation and other Medical Legal Services. He is also a Certified Physician in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy (TMS). He has been an active staff member at local hospitals where he has served as Chief of inpatient psychiatric units and Director of partial hospitalization programs. Dr. Figueroa is a double Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He is also known as an Expert Medical Advisor in the State of Florida. Dr.Figueroa has over 25 years of experience in Worker's Compensation cases. Dr.Figueroa and his wife are proud owners of MindHope of Oviedo a place where patients can find peace and hope.
